Dan Mcguire

Dan McGuire is the Managing Director of Broadbean Technology, the 8th fastest growing technology firm in the UK. In November 2007 he was named the CBI/Real Business Magazine Young Entrepreneur of the Year by an independent panel of judges, consisting many of the top names in UK business. He was also voted into the Growing Business Magazine Young Guns Class of 2008 (top 30 entrepreneurs under the age of 35) and is listed in the Courvoisier Future 50 list of rising stars in business. Dan is a regular public speaker and founder of the Two Hour Initiative, a social enterprise which helps to promote business in schools. He also sits on the board of Young Enterprise London and the advisory council of the Aldridge Foundation.

Oli Barrett

Oli Barrett is a serial entrepreneur based in London. He brought the concept of 'Speednetworking' to the UK and has hosted literally hundreds of events bringing business people together across the world. Last year, he 'Speednetworked the Globe' visiting and speaking in 12 countries in a month, as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, sponsored by IBM and Ernst and Young. He is the founder of 'Make Your Mark with a Tenner', the challenge in which 20,000 school pupils are given £10 and have one month to see what they can achieve. He is a member of the UK Prime Minister's Council on Social Action, and helped to create the Catalyst Awards, presented by the Prime Minister, to celebrate the ways in which the web can be a force for good in local communities. A love of technology prompted Oli to found WebMission, an annual trip in which 20 leading UK web entrepreneurs visit Silicon Valley to explore opportunities. He has helped to found and launch several companies including the world's largest language learning exchange (sold in 2008) and even a sock subscription website. Oli has written for publications including the Daily Telegraph and The Spectator and writes a regular column for Growing Business magazine.

Rajeeb Dey

Rajeeb Dey

Rajeeb is the Founder/CEO of Enternships.com, a service providing "entrepreneurial work placements" by connecting talented students and graduates to start-ups, SMEs and "intrapreneurial" firms worldwide. Rajeeb - who has been named as one of the UK's "rising stars of the business world" by Spectator Business Magazine - graduated with First Class Honours in June 2008 from the University of Oxford in Economics & Management. Whilst at University he was the longest serving President of Oxford Entrepreneurs, one of the largest networks of student entrepreneurs in Europe, with over 4000 members.

Natalie Campbell

Natalie is currently project managing the development of an online space aimed at young entrepreneurs for Virgin Media andEnterpriseUK. She previously worked for the Make Your Mark Campaign and has also run her own retail franchise. After leaving Make Your Mark in 2008, Natalie spent the latter part of the year working as a freelance consultant for the Aldridge Foundation before being awarded a scholarship from Channel 4 to study a postgraduate qualification in Current Affairs Journalism. During her time with Channel 4 News she developed online news reports and produced short features across business and politics in both London and Washington D.C. Natalie is also an Assistant Producer for Capital Radio, working on the award winning Nick Ferrari Show and specialist business and current affairs programmes.
